RECRUITING PROCESS

STEP 1: APPLICATION

1. Access the “Applicant profile” section by clicking on “ACCESS”, enter your data and create your very own personal profile. Remember to check the two check-boxes “Receive notifications of new job postings” and “Receive information about new career opportunities” for the best chance of finding your ideal position”

2. Browse the open jobs and find the one that best suits you.

3. If you find the right job for you, apply!

4. If you cannot find a job opening that fits with your profile, create a notification by using the specific button, so that you are informed as soon as a position with the keyword you are searching for, is created.

REMEMBER: Your profile is your business card; keep it up-to-date at all times.

  • STEP 2: MONITOR YOUR APPLICATION

    1. You can check and update your application at any time in the sub-section “Job applications submitted” of the “Applicant profile” page.

    2. You can receive e-mail notifications and maintain contact with us throughout the selection process.

    REMEMBER: To do so, click on “Receive information about new career opportunities”!

STEP 3: INTERVIEW AND ASSESSMENT

1. If your profile matches what we are looking for, we will contact you for a preliminary interview (over the telephone, by Skype or in person).

2. During this preliminary interview, we will be able to introduce ourselves, tell you a little about our company and provide you with details of the position for which you have applied.

3. This first preliminary interview may be followed by a second interview or an assessment together with other applicants, depending on the position we are looking for.

4. You will receive full details (including regarding the logistics) at the personal e-mail address you have specified on your profile.

REMEMBER: Our recruiting teams consist of an HR team recruiter and the Manager of the business area looking for new staff. This allows for an all-round consideration of the applicant and just goes to prove the care we put into choosing our future employees.

  • STEP 4: FEEDBACK

    1. After the selection process, you will be contacted for feedback.

    2. If your profile matches what we are looking for, you will be contacted by the Group HR Director, who will make you an offer.

    3. Welcome on board! The HR Management and Administrative office will contact you for the final step in your employment.
