THE RECRUITING PROCESS

STEP 1: APPLICATION

1. Log in or create your personal profile by clicking the "LOGIN" button and entering your details. We recommend checking the boxes for "Receive notifications for new job postings" and "Receive information on new career opportunities" to stay updated on available roles.

2. Explore our open positions and identify the ones that best align with your skills and interests.

3. When you find a role that matches your expectations, submit your application.

4. If there are currently no positions matching your profile, you can set up a job alert using the dedicated button. You will receive a notification as soon as a new opportunity is posted that matches your chosen keywords.

REMEMBER: Your profile is your calling card. Keep it up to date to best showcase your experience and expertise.

  • STEP 2: TRACK YOUR APPLICATION

    1. Monitor and update your application at any time through the "Submitted Applications" section within the "My Profile" area.

    2. Stay connected throughout the entire selection process by opting in to receive email notifications and updates.

    REMEMBER: To enable this feature, make sure to select the option "Receive information on new career opportunities".

STEP 3: INTERVIEW & ASSESSMENT

1. If your profile aligns with what we’re looking for, we will contact you for an initial introductory interview.

2. During the first meeting, we’ll have the opportunity to introduce ourselves, share more about our company culture, and walk you through the specifics of the role you applied for.

3. Depending on the nature of the position, the introductory interview may be followed by a second interview or a group Assessment session with other candidates.

4. All relevant information, including logistical details and directions, will be sent to the personal email address provided in your profile.

REMEMBER: Our recruitment panels consist of both the HR team and the Hiring Manager from the specific business unit. This ensures a comprehensive evaluation and reflects the care we take in shaping the experience of our future colleagues.

  • STEP 4: FEEDBACK & NEXT STEPS

    1. At the end of the selection process, we will reach out to you to share and receive feedback on your experience with us.

    2. If your profile is selected, our Recruitment team will contact you with a formal job offer and induction proposal.

    3. Welcome on board! We will then guide you through the final administrative steps to finalize your hiring.
